Ashburton Museum and Historical Society Inc

The Ashburton Museum and Historical Society own the museum collection that is managed by the museum team. The collection is held in trust for the people of Ashburton and all New Zealanders.

SOCIETY MEMBERS RECEIVE REGULAR NEWSLETTERS, CAN ATTEND TALKS BY INTERESTING SPEAKERS AND GROUP EVENTS AND EXCURSIONS.

The Society hold regular events to promote and deepen understanding of local and national history.

Members assist the museum in many ways, including fundraising and volunteering.
